In this chill session of Let’s Make It Happen, we dove into the depths of ZBrush to block out an original deep-sea creature using ZSpheres, one of the fastest ways to experiment with shapes, volumes, and proportions. We also generated a sculptable mesh using adaptive skin and focused on building strong primary and secondary forms to kick off this creepy underwater design.
If you’re thinking of joining the Creatures of the Deep contest, this is a solid starting point to explore weird silhouettes and otherworldly sea life. Come hang out, watch the workflow unfold, and maybe get inspired to create your own!
👾 Tools used: ZBrush (ZSpheres, Adaptive Skin)
🌊 Theme: Deep Sea Creature
