Sculpting Hair and Beard in ZBrush

In this video, I’m going to show you a step-by-step of how to create the geometry for the wings of a bat or a dragon using different techniques in ZBrush. All three techniques I’ll be covering can be beneficial in other situations not just to create wings so the focus is on the workflow and what the tools allow you to create.

In this quick tutorial, I’ll walk you through the process sculpting a beard on a stylized character in ZBrush using custom hair brushes. The technique is very simple but really powerful as it lets you create sculpted details (like the hair on a character) that can later be baked into a texture like a normal map.
